Traditions
Known for its joie de vivre, Traditions invites you to go back in time by offering a selection of folkloric dances from French Canada. The French-Canadian repertoire of dances has been influenced by various cultural groups, namely the French, the Irish, the English and the Scots. The pas de gigue, adapted from a form of step-dancing brought to Canada by the Irish, remains one of the most spectacular elements of our performance and undoubtedly the most appreciated by our audiences.
École André-Piolat Children's Choir
École André-Piolat is a community where families, management and staff will work together to ensure student success and development of their Francophone identity. Sit back, relax and enjoy the musical stylings of the École André-Piolat children’s choir. For more information on the school please visit: www.andrepiolat.csf.bc.ca/
